Come with Me to #WGC!

Let me tell you how excited I am about attending WOWHR GLOBAL CONFERENCE 3.0! The theme is HR in the digital era, which I think is so timely. So many changes are occurring within our workplaces, and HR is right in the middle of it. One of the biggest areas of change is with technology. If you’re like me, technology can seem like a blessing and a curse – sometimes at the same time. It’s so important to figure out how to utilize technology in ways that are beneficial for our organizations, our employees, and our customers.

That’s why I’m so glad to be partnering with WOWHR GLOBAL CONFERENCE 3.0. With topics from innovation and change management to employee experience and mental health, there’s something for everyone. Certainly, this is a great learning opportunity for HR leaders. But, really, this information is valuable for any leader, especially if your organization doesn’t have an HR department. If you’re responsible for leading or managing people, I encourage you to do your best to attend!

And, for one of my favorite aspects of this conference – it’s virtual! Definitely one of the technological advancements I love. So, feel free to attend in your pajamas!
